My research interests are broadly in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and Neural Machine Translation (NMT), with a particular focus on low-resource languages and domain-specific translation systems.
Current research directions include:
AI and NLP
LLMs and their applications in multilingual systems
NMT for low-resource languages
Medical and educational language technologies
AI-assisted learning and intelligent educational systems
Evaluation of translation quality, terminology, accuracy, and domain adaptation
My work is motivated by the need to develop language technologies that are accurate, accessible, and useful in practical settings where linguistic resources, technical infrastructure, or domain-specific data may be limited.
