Students and researchers interested in joining or collaborating with AURELIS should first review the lab's research areas, current projects, and research opportunities to determine whether their interests align with the lab. Before contacting the lab, please prepare the information described below.
If you are applying for one of the listed Independent Research Projects (IRP-01 through IRP-06), please use the Apply for this Project link provided with the specific project. You will be directed to the AURELIS Independent Research Project Application form, where you can select the appropriate Project Code and submit the required information and materials. Please do not submit a separate application by email for these projects.
For research opportunities that are not associated with one of the listed Independent Research Projects, prospective students and researchers may contact the lab directly. Please include a brief introduction, your academic background, research interests, the type of opportunity you are seeking, and how your interests align with AURELIS. A CV or resume should also be included when appropriate.
Research inquiries and applications are reviewed based on alignment with AURELIS research areas, relevant background and preparation, project needs, available supervision, and, where applicable, available funding. Submission of an application or inquiry does not guarantee a research position or project assignment. Applicants whose interests and qualifications align with an available opportunity may be contacted for further discussion.
