California State University, Dominguez Hills
I am a tenure-track Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at California State University, Dominguez Hills (CSUDH). My research lies at the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models, Neural Machine Translation, Low-resource Language Technologies, and applied AI for education and healthcare.
My current research examines how large language models can enhance multilingual translation, support domain adaptation, and improve language technologies for medical and educational contexts. In my teaching and mentoring, I work with students on programming, data structures, algorithm analysis, software engineering, machine learning, and applied artificial intelligence, with an emphasis on practical problem solving, technical rigor, and research-informed learning.
This website presents an overview of my scholarly and professional activities, including research, teaching, student mentoring, selected publications, funded awards, and academic service. It is intended to serve as a central point of reference for students, collaborators, colleagues, and academic visitors seeking information about my work in computer science and related fields.
